Candidates for this position should be visionary leaders who have a strong foundation in these areas: Elementary literacy, student-centered learning, instructional leadership and professional development, curriculum development, Title I and ADSIS intervention programming, Professional Learning Communities, positive behavioral interventions and supports, master scheduling, ethics and professionalism, communication, and grading and assessment best practices. ISD 423 has a tradition of strong academic achievement and outstanding success and participation in our academic and activities programs. Preferred candidates will have a K-12 Principal license, administrative experience, elementary teaching experience, and a desire to assume building leadership. The salary for this position is $140,405.54 per year however, we are currently negotiating the 2026-2027 contract.
