The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction that fosters students? understanding and appreciation of mathematics while promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. This role involves delivering engaging math instruction, assessing student progress, and supporting academic success across diverse learning levels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state and district standards. Teach mathematics concepts appropriate to the assigned grade level (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, or General Math). Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluations. Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving. Collaborate with staff, administrators, and the community to support student well-being. Preferred Qualifications Valid Minnesota Mathematics Teaching License. Standards-aligned mathematics instruction. Promotion of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Differentiated instruction to support diverse learners. Use of data-driven assessments.
