Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable on-call substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will provide instructional support and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers. This role requires a passion for Christian education, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities: Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment. Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and administration. Follow school policies and uphold Legacy Christian Academy?s values and mission. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree (in any field). Teaching license a plus but not required. Experience working with children in an educational setting. Agreement with Legacy Christian Academy?s Statement of Faith. Strong organizational and communication skills. Classroom and behavior management skills.
