School Social Worker Monticello High School Full time position (1.0 FTE) Position available: August 24, 2026 Job Summary: The School Social Worker plays a key role in promoting student success by addressing social, emotional, behavioral and environmental factors that impact learning. This position involves providing direct special education services to students, resources and support for families, participation in student support and special education teams and fostering strong home-school-community partnerships. Additional duties include participation on student support teams for intervention planning, problem solving and data collection.
