Knowledge and experience necessary to coach the sport. Desirable Qualifications : Willingness to devote time to developing the program, dependability and responsibility; able to travel with the team. FOR HEAD SPORT COACHES ONLY: If you do not currently meet the State Statute Requirement (SSR) to be a head coach in Minnesota, you will be directed to the Minnesota Coaches Education Program tab on the Coaches Clipboard page.
