JUNIOR HIGH & HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL - ALMA SCHOOL DISTRICT The Alma School District is accepting applications for a full time Junior High and High School Principal (grades 6-12). Qualifications: Holds (or is eligible for) a valid Principal license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). Demonstrated experience in driving instructional excellence, fostering curriculum development, and utilizing student data to facilitate individualized learning pathways that challenge every student. Proven ability to serve as a lead evaluator, with a track record of supporting staff through meaningful professional development and growth plans. Experience exploring, designing, and launching new academic or extracurricular opportunities for students and staff. An energetic, collaborative leader dedicated to maintaining a positive, safe, caring, and nurturing school climate. Possesses outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders (staff, students, parents, and the broader community). Displays strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills to manage the daily complexities of a combined junior high/high school environment.
