Herman-Norcross District 264 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate K-6 Elementary Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with a 180 day contract, focusing on reading and math interventions in a supportive and student-focused environment. Herman-Norcross is a small, student-focused district committed to providing personalized learning with small class sizes. We are located 45 minutes west of Alexandria, 45 minutes south of Fergus Falls, 45 minutes south of Wahpeton/Breckenridge, and 20 minutes north of Morris. Compensation & Benefits: Salary of $49,648-$75,226 depending on experience and education, $950/month district health insurance contribution, 403b district matching contribution, and a potential $1000 retention incentive Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a valid MN teaching license or the ability to obtain one by August 18, 2026.
