Saint John''s Preparatory School invites applicants for the full-time, benefit eligible position of Admissions Lead - International. Since its founding in 1857, Saint John?s Preparatory School has provided exceptional education in the Catholic Benedictine tradition. Saint John''s Preparatory School is a Catholic/Benedictine, co-educational, day and boarding college preparatory school for students in grades 6-12, with boarding options beginning in the 9th grade. Saint John''s Prep is located on the 3,000 acres of woods and lakes of Saint John''s University''s campus in central Minnesota. Prep has continuously dedicated itself to both educational development and personal formation. The Admissions Lead ? International position reports to the Director of Admission and Enrollment and serves on the admission team. The primary responsibility of the Admissions Lead - International is to manage and execute the international resident enrollment plan. This role also supports domestic recruitment and operations as a secondary responsibility. Responsibilities: International Resident Student Recruitment Develop, steward, and expand relationships with key educational consultants, agencies, and strategic partners. Oversee the planning in recruitment-related international travel of up to 5 weeks per academic calendar year. Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 international student program. Partner with the Director of Residential Life and International Student Advisor in creating a culture of hospitality and inclusion for international and domestic resident students. Administrative Lead and participate in admission-related events to promote Saint John?s Prep to prospective students and families. Serve as a voting member of the Admission Review Committee. Serve as a voting member of the Tuition Committee to plan and execute financial aid strategies. Provide outstanding guest experiences to current and prospective families, in person, on the phone, and via digital communication throughout the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment. Participate in ongoing professional development activities. Domestic Admissions Operations ? Secondary responsibilities Manage campus visits and event logistics for domestic resident families as needed, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with enrollment goals. Coordinate resident student onboarding logistics, required documentation, and communication with Residential life. Provide targeted operational support during peak domestic admission cycles to ensure timely application of movement and consistent communication standards. Execute additional responsibilities consistent with the professional scope of the role and the evolving needs of the Admission and Enrollment office. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor?s Degree and 2-3 years of demonstrated success in international admission, or comparable sales-related experience. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5 weeks per year. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong phone and people skills. Demonstrated computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Responsibilities:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of demonstrated success in international admission, or comparable sales-related experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5 weeks per year.

  • Demonstrated computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
