This full-time position provides leadership for school-wide behavior supports, coordinates the Level III Special Education classroom, coaches staff, and collaborates with families and educators to support students'' behavioral, social, and emotional success. We blend traditional educational structure?state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports?with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age environment. Together with families, specialists, and paraprofessionals, we help every student thrive. Qualifications · Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license or other appropriate Minnesota licensure with demonstrated behavioral expertise. · Minimum three years of successful experience working with students with behavioral needs. · Experience developing and implementing positive behavior interventions. · Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. · CPI/Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training preferred. · Experience working with students with Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and mental health needs preferred. Salary Range: $45,000?$78,000 (based on education and experience). Benefits: Health, dental, life insurance, Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) PTO/ESST.
