Catering Manager LOCATION: District Wide CLASSIFICATION: Food Service LV1 RATE OF PAY: $29.21/hr HOURS PER DAY: 8 hours/day START & ENDING TIME: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Start and end times may vary depending upon Catering and Concession event schedules. WORKING DAYS PER YEAR: 235 days/year PAID HOLIDAYS: 6 QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: High School graduate or equivalent. Vocational technical graduate in food service or related field preferred. State certification in child nutrition at Level IIIa required within one year of hire. Three years related supervisory food service experienced preferred. Knowledge of state food health requirements. Demonstrated written and verbal skills. Demonstrated quantity cooking skills Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated record keeping and organizational skills. TESTING REQUIRED: All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval.
