Spectrum High School Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Clay Targetprogram as the Head Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our Clay Target program. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the Varsity team. Develop and implement training plans, strategies, and game tactics. Foster a positive and supportive team environment focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and academic success. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff. Organize and oversee team practices, games, and competitions. Promote a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and respect within the program. Qualifications: Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred. Strong knowledge and understanding of the sport. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their best both on and off the court. Must pass all required background checks and meet any additional district-specific requirements. Position Details: Start Date : September 2026 Season Length : September - October 2026 Compensation : $900 Hours : Practice typically after school hours, with additional time required for meets and events.
