These positions report to the Activities Director, who will provide overall job objectives and observe performance. This advisor will coach, coordinate, and support the students for the varsity team and provide guidance and support to the lower level team, according to expectations of the Activities Director. This advisor or coach is expected to coordinate the instruction, training, and development of all participants and other advisors at this level in the listed activities; model a transformational, purpose-driven philosophy; represent a holistic definition of success; commit to personal development and collaboration; display a values-based approach as an advisor who develops people first.
