Full-Time Hybrid School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ? Winona, MN. Rhema Speech Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a full-time elementary school position in Winona, Minnesota . Position Details Winona, Minnesota Full-time elementary school placement. $75/hour 1099 independent contractor Paid for all direct and indirect hours School follows a 3:1 service delivery model , clinicians provide direct therapy 3 weeks in a row followed by a week of indirect service delivery, documentation, collaboration and evaluations as necessary. Hybrid position- SLP may work remotely 1 week out of every month during the indirect service delivery time. $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days Qualifications Current Minnesota Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience with early childhood, center-based therapy, or assistive technology is a plus, but not required Why Join Rhema Speech?
