Plan and lead safe, organized practices. Encourage good sportsmanship, respect, and positive attitudes. Help players improve their skills and confidence. Prepare the team for games and make fair playing time decisions when appropriate. Communicate with players, parents, and school staff. Ensure player safety and follow school and league policies. Promote discipline, accountability, and academic success. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Coaching license or coaching minor preferred, not required. Coaching experience in the sport. Leadership skills & program vision.
