Location: Foley High School, Foley Intermediate School, and Foley Elementary School. Candidates interested in working at any location should apply. Start Date: August 27, 2026 Essential Functions: Educational Assistants work directly under the supervision of a special education teacher and/or the school principal. Educational Assistants supervise and work with students with physical, intellectual, and/or behavioral disabilities. 7-hour day (6.5 paid hours per day or 32.5 paid hours per 5-day week) Qualifications: An A.A. degree or at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro or ParaEducator assessment. A passing score on a PCA certification online assessment Experience or interest in working with children in a classroom or educational setting. Experience or interest in working with children with disabilities is preferred.
