Head of Buildings, Grounds, & Operations Overview Kenyon-Wanamingo Schools is seeking a humble, curious, and intelligent person to oversee all aspects of the district?s facilities and ensure all property is safe, functional, and well-maintained. Responsibilities direct and evaluate the work of custodial staff monitor and maintain all building systems (boiler, HVAC, security, etc.) develop and respect a comprehensive department budget procure necessary custodial and maintenance supplies coordinate seasonal grounds work (grass cutting, snow removal, athletic field preparation, etc.) ensure compliance with all state and federal fire and safety requirements collaborate with the custodians to deliver an aesthetically pleasing learning environment Qualifications experience in facility management or related field Minnesota boiler license (willingness to promptly attain is sufficient) aptitude for mechanical equipment and computer technology ability to organize, communicate, and problem-solve Employment Details full-time (260 days per year) M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (days and hours may vary in the event of weather, equipment, or other emergencies) $65,000+ annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience) comprehensive benefits - health, dental, life, long-term disability, 403(b), PERA (retirement), paid leave (vacation, sick, personal, holidays) Interested?
