We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support classroom instruction and student development in various educational settings. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities Assist teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans for multilingual students aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, and early childhood education. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Provide small group instruction to students with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or behavioral challenges. Help facilitate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and behavior management. Assist in adapting instructional materials to meet individual student needs and learning styles. Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers regarding student performance and behavior. Maintain open communication with staff.
