Educational Assistant Level III Days: 5 Days a week Hours: 5 Compensation/benefits: Per Unit Agreement Responsibilities include: Supporting students under the direction of licensed staff Providing guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to help students stay engaged in learning Collaborating with staff to support the overall well-being and success of students Qualifications: Must meet highly qualified standards as defined by the state Completion of AA degree, 60 college level credits or completion of para-pro exam Experience working with children in an educational or youth setting preferred Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students and staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful school environment A diverse workforce fuels innovation and allows us to better understand, communicate with, and educate our students.
