The Extended Day Aide supports the before- and after-school program by providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students outside of regular school hours. Responsibilities include supervising and engaging students in age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework and enrichment opportunities, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere, supporting daily routines and transitions, and ensuring students follow program expectations and safety guidelines. The Extended Day Aide works collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to promote students? social, emotional, and academic development while helping create a fun, inclusive, and supportive extended-day experience.
