Work is performed under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Essential Functions: People person Demonstrates excellent customer service to students, staff, parents, visitors and the general public. Maintains food safety, kitchen cleanliness. Sets up serving lines; sets out eating utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. Cleans work surfaces, eating and food preparation area. Washes pots, pans, kettles and other cooking utensils. Sweeps and mops, and trash duty Performs other duties as assigned. Education and /or Experience: High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in a food service role.
