Qualifications/Experience: High School Diploma/GED required. Associate or Technical Degree Preferred Successful background check required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, deadlines, and details while working independently and collaboratively. Ability to build positive relationships with staff, families, facility users, instructors, and community partners; maintain accurate records; analyze information; and adapt to changing needs. Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn facility scheduling, registration, and district systems. Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty. Specific Tasks: Coordinate community use of district facilities, including scheduling, permits, agreements, billing, communication, Building Monitor coordination, and facility support. Provide project management and administrative support to Community Education leadership, including tracking timelines and tasks, preparing materials, coordinating events and logistics, and gathering program data. Support youth enrichment programming through instructor and partner coordination, registration, enrollment tracking, communications, supplies, facility needs, and program evaluation.
