Rooted in Catholic values, our mission is to inspire excellence through Faith, Learning, and Service. 3rd GRADE ELEMENTARY TEACHER POSITION: Holy Family School seeks a full-time (1.0 FTE) Elementary Classroom Teacher position for the 2026-27 school year. This position will teach the grade-level curriculum and participate in school-wide activities. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must hold a valid MN teaching license from the State of Minnesota or be pursuing a Minnesota teaching license; teaching experience is preferred but not required. Adherence to State, Diocesan, and school standards and procedures. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Commitment to further education through professional development opportunities Dedication to evidence-based practices Compensation: Time Frame: Mid January 2027-May 28, 2027 (exact January date TBD) Salary Range: $160 -175 daily rate for a full 8-hour day, Monday through Friday Benefits: Sick/ESST POSITION OVERVIEW: Creates a classroom environment that fosters learning and personal and spiritual growth, and motivates pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an excellent education. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons aligned with the school?s curriculum and Catholic values. Create and maintain a positive, structured, inclusive classroom environment supporting student learning and development. Assess student progress through various formative and summative methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives and events. Effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community. Model Catholic values and actively participate in the school''s spiritual life, including prayer, liturgies, and faith-based activities. Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
