We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing student-athletes both competitively and personally while fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture. Position Summary: Provide leadership in the overall operation of the Chanhassen HS Girls'' Lacrosse program Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the girls lacrosse program Plan and conduct practices, training schedules, and meet preparation Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and athlete development Coordinate with assistant coaches, athletic department staff, and families Support the academic success and well-being of student-athletes Organize team communication, transportation, equipment, and offseason development opportunities Qualifications Previous coaching and/or competitive running experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive team environment Must meet all district and state coaching requirements Preferred Characteristics Passion for mentoring high school athletes Knowledge of distance training principles and injury prevention Ability to develop athletes at all experience levels Enthusiastic, dependable, and collaborative Application Procedure: Please apply online at: http://www.district112.org (only online applications will be accepted).
