We are looking for a full-time head custodian 6:30-3:00 M-F. $25-$30 starting per hour, full single health insurance including dental coverage. 20 PTO days per year. St. Cloud Math and Science Academy in St. Cloud, MN has an opening for a Lead Custodian/Maintenance. Daytime hours from 6:30 - 3:00 Monday - Friday. Successful candidate will be responsible for light maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance in a small school setting, coaching and mentoring other custodial staff, cleaning assigned areas, assisting with set-ups, and various other duties; must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and be able to prioritize the needs of the school. Qualifications: * Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Possess basic maintenance skills * Moderate computer proficiency desired * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Strong organizational and time-management skills Compensation: $25-$30 starting per hour, full single coverage for health and dental. 20 PTO days per year.
