Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: ASAP Description: Full-time Custodian Position at Orono Activities Center & High School. Job Summary: This is an 8 hour/day position. Perform ground maintenance routine and project cleaning of assigned areas. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned or as needed. Qualifications: Focus on details and commitment to doing a good job required. Experience cleaning in a commercial setting preferred. Ability to get along with district employees and be courteous and helpful with students and general public. Ability to stand and/or walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and/or climb stairs. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work in a variety of conditions and environments (e.g. dusty, wet, cold, hot, high humidity, noisy, indoors, outdoors, at heights, and in small spaces). Bargaining Group and Level: Custodians/Level 2 COMPENSATION Hourly Wage: $20.80-$23.11 INSURANCE Single Health: 90% Covered by District Employee + 1 Health: 85% Covered by District Family Health: 77% Covered by District Dental: Partial Coverage by District Life insurance equal to annual wages: 100% Covered by District LTD insurance: 100% Covered by District Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) VACATION AND HOLIDAYS Vacation: 5 Days after 6 months.
