ROCORI Public Schools is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Early Childhood School Readiness Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our preschool team! This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children as they develop the foundational skills needed for kindergarten and future school success. Position Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging preschool activities. Support children''s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. Establish positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Support school readiness through play-based learning, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Maintain classroom routines, supervision, and student safety. Collaborate with preschool staff and other early childhood professionals. Qualifications: Experience working with young children in an early childhood or preschool setting preferred. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Appropriate early childhood teaching licensure The daily rate of pay for this position is $275.63.
