Supervisor of Position: Chris Spindler-Schlottman, Kids Connection Program Manager
Qualifications: We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is comfortable and experienced in working with students of challenging behaviors.
* Skilled in positive behavior intervention
* 18 years of age or older, required.
* Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired.
* Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children.
* Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills.
* Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection.
* First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.
* CPI Certification, preferred
Positions 1,020 hours or more per year are benefit eligible
