Girls Basketball B-Squad Coach (Winter 2025-26)
Hill-Murray School | Maplewood, MN
Hill-Murray School is seeking a Girls Basketball B-Squad Coach for the upcoming spring season. The coach’s number one job is to provide our students an outstanding, inclusive, transformational experience. The ideal candidate is a positive, knowledgeable coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The coach will help guide players in the fundamentals of basketball, foster sportsmanship and teamwork, and support the mission of Hill-Murray — to form students in a Catholic, college-preparatory community where faith, character, and excellence thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and lead daily practices focused on skill development, effort, and fun
● Collaborate with the Head Coach to align strategy and player development
● Model Hill-Murray’s values of integrity, respect, and teamwork
● Support student-athletes in balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth
Qualifications:
● Prior coaching or playing experience required
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● Must meet MSHSL and Hill-Murray coaching certification requirements
Season: Winter 25-26 (Nov. 10 - Feb. 20) | Schedule: Weekday practices, some weekends
Compensation: Per Hill-Murray coaching pay scale
