Boys Junior Varsity Tennis Coach (Spring 2026)
Hill-Murray School | Maplewood, MN

Hill-Murray School is seeking a Boys JV Tennis Coach for the upcoming spring season. The ideal candidate is a positive, knowledgeable coach who is passionate about developing student- athletes both on and off the court. The coach’s number one job is to provide our students an outstanding, inclusive, transformational experience.The JV Coach will help guide players in the fundamentals of tennis, foster sportsmanship and teamwork, and support the mission of Hill-Murray — to form students in a Catholic, college-preparatory community where faith, character, and excellence thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and lead daily practices focused on skill development, effort, and fun
● Collaborate with the Head Coach to align strategy and player development
● Model Hill-Murray’s values of integrity, respect, and teamwork
● Support student-athletes in balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth

Qualifications:
● Prior coaching or playing experience required (high school, collegiate, or USTA level
preferred)
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● Must meet MSHSL and Hill-Murray coaching certification requirements

Season: Spring (March–June) | Schedule: Weekday practices, matches, some weekends

Compensation: Per Hill-Murray coaching pay scale
