Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Provide specialized instruction in academic, social, emotional, and behavioral areas. Collaborate within our MTSS framework to support data-driven interventions and student growth. Complete necessary due process paperwork in accordance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administration to support student success. Work effectively with the Mid-State Education District for specialized res Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid Minnesota Teaching License in any Special Education field. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Strong communication skills and a "student-first" mindset. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and the current Master Agreement.
