Start Your Online Application Now Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a team member to provide Student Supervision to students during recess at Tiger Elementary. This position will monitor students during non-classroom activities making sure school rules are followed to ensure student safety. This position will work 171 days per year, 1 hours per day. The salary range for this position is $19.14 per hour - $21.64 per hour. Salary is dependent upon education and experience. Benefits include sick leave and retirement plan with employer contribution. Responsibilities Include: Observe students, checking for appropriate and safe behaviors. Assist in conflict resolution as well as other needs. Help keep the cafeteria, playground, and work /school environment clean and safe. Work with other staff and students to create a positive, efficient and safe school environment. Maintain confidentiality standards by adhering to the district''s data privacy policy. Required Qualification: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications (one of the following): Associates Degree 60 semester college credits Passing score on one of the state-approved tests (ParaEducator or ParaPro) Competency Grid Additional hours as a Title/ADSIS Education Assistant may be available.
