Start Your Online Application Now Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a Title/ADSIS Education Assistant at Tiger Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The Title/ADSIS Education Assistant Substitute will provide support, explanation, re-teaching, and instructional help for students in reading and math. This position will work 158 days per year, 4.75 hours per day. The salary range for this position is $19.34 per hour to $21.84 per hour. Benefits include sick leave and a retirement plan with employer contribution. Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality standards by adhering to the district''s data privacy policy Help to reinforce the teachings of the classroom teacher by working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Conferring and planning with teachers to recommend ideas, identify problems, and aid in problem-solving Help students strengthen their skills to become more independent Help the classroom teacher with recordkeeping of the student''s progress. Conducts informal assessments to measure students'' mastery of learned materials as directed by the classroom teacher Attend meetings and in-service for staff development.
