Start Your Online Application Now Long-Term Substitute Educational Assistant Position Available: We are accepting applications for a full-time, long-term substitute educational assistant at Foley Elementary School. Location: Foley Elementary School is a preK-3 primary school with 600 students and approximately 90 faculty and staff members, located at 743 Penn St., Foley, MN. Start Date: November 11, 2026 End Date: December 22, 2026 Essential Functions: Educational Assistants work directly under the supervision of a special education teacher and/or the school principal. Educational Assistants supervise and work with students with physical, intellectual, and/or behavioral disabilities. 7-hour day (6.5 paid hours per day or 32.5 paid hours per 5-day school week) Qualifications: An A.A. degree or at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro or ParaEducator assessment. A passing score on a PCA certification online assessment Experience or interest in working with children in a classroom or educational setting. Experience or interest in working with children with disabilities is preferred.
