Must be physically fit to restrain students and sprint short distances. Specific Tasks: Work with elementary student to manage behavior through interventions; uses positive behavior intervention supports to work students through problem behaviors; assist by means of visual support; assist teachers with supervision in classrooms; instructs students in all academic content areas; collects, compiles and analyzes student performance data; documents and writes behavior and incident reports; assists students with completing work; administers and documents medication and assists with student medical needs; supervises lunch; escorts students; utilizes restrictive procedures; cleans up student&#8217;s bodily fluids as needed.
