Maintain good communication and cooperation with staff and parents. Qualifications: 1. Licensed by the state of Minnesota to teach K-12. An ABE or EL teaching license is preferred. 2. Strong general academic background. 3. Ability to relate positively to students, staff, and community. 4. Experience wiht adult, English language, and diverse learner populations is preferred.
