Families First of Minnesota has an immediate opening for a Parent Aware Recruiter (32-40 hours per week) in its Rochester location. DUTIES This position is responsible for implementing the recruitment plan and campaign for the Child Care Aware Program including building relationships with provider organizations or provider-related organizations, identifying community leaders and key messengers and partners and developing recruitment strategies and messages. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Sales and Marketing Communication with community organization experience or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Community Organizing with Sales and Marketing Communication experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups and the general public.
