Driven by peace, relationships and academic excellence, CPA strives to create an educated, empowered and ethical community, at school and within the broader society. We are seeking Special Education Paraprofessionals to work with students with disabilities in our Elementary and High School special education program. Special Education Paraprofessionals work daily when school is in session and are given six paid holidays during the school year. Other benefits include up to ten sick days per school year, health and dental insurance coverage and a retirement plan. The qualified applicant will possess a strong ability to develop positive rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds, to maintain clear and consistent expectations, to support learning activities and student behavior in with skill and enthusiasm, and to communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
