Mission Built upon a foundation of academic excellence and a mindset to drive change, Exploration High School (ExHS) graduates are empowered with 21st century skills to solve the problems in their communities. Designed around Education Reimagined&#8217;s five pillars of a learner-centered paradigm, ExHS plans to launch with approximately 60 9th and 10th graders this fall and grow to serve approximately 150 9-12 graders at full capacity. Application & hiring process: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.      Understanding of distributed leadership model

 

Compensation

Compensation will be negotiated between the Exploration Board and candidate. Current budget allocates approximately $50,000 plus benefits for each Learning Guide.

The position is contingent on the school enrolling enough students to open this fall. The school board will give the “go or no go” decision in late April.
