West Central Area English Language Arts Teacher Assignment: English/Language Arts Teacher Salary Range: Per Master Agreement Salary Schedule (BA - $47,238 BA Step 17 - $64,350; MA - $50,527 to MA Step 17 - $75,661) Closing Date: Open until Filled Start Date: August 2025 Hours: 1.0 FTE Student Level: High School Position Summary: Carries out professional tasks by delivering a wide array of educational services or specialized learning programs. Aids students in cultivating skills, attitudes, and knowledge crucial for their ongoing learning journey, tailored to individual abilities. Utilizes diverse teaching techniques across different levels to engage a specific audience. Works under the guidance of the principal with occasional supervision of paraprofessionals or volunteers. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must hold a valid MN teaching license in the subject area, exhibit proven teaching abilities, maintain strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
