This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of the program. Key Responsibilities: Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team Develop positive motivation in the team Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth Assume responsibility for schedule development or schedule verification with the Activities Director Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents Develop positive team dynamic and interactions Qualifications: Strong knowledge of the sport and understanding of the game Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
