Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: September 2026 Date Closing: Until Filled Elementary WIN Teacher, K-6, -Lake Park Audubon Schools Th e primary focus of this position is helping students that need an extra boost become strong and proficient in their math and reading skills. We have worked hard to establish a system for this support through our Instructional Coach. This includes established proficiency and growth expectations, curriculum, and a WIN Teacher PLC for working collaboratively with the other WIN Teachers. We have an established mentorship program for all incoming teachers to build you up for success. Each WIN Teacher also takes a lunch or recess supervision to support behaviors and it helps them to know students better. Although prep can be shared among WIN Teachers, you would be responsible for preparing for your own instruction with students and making the instructional decision to meet their needs. Our district is located in two communities, with our K-6 building located in Audubon, MN and our 7-12 building located in Lake Park, MN. Extra-curricular positions are available, but not a requirement for this position.
