Activities Director Oversee all MSHSL activity programs and extra-curricular programs Conduct evaluations of all coaching and activity staff in collaboration with the building administration. Schedule transportation for off-campus events, ensuring timely communication with the transportation department, coaches, participants, families, and building administration Schedule game officials, and event staff. Provide mentoring and evaluation of the coaching staff and extra-curricular advisors. Deliver district activities/coaches handbook. Ensure registration processes are accessible, accurate, and well-communicated Maintain Academic Eligibility Policy, monitor to ensure all MSHSL Rules & Bylaws are followed, monitor and communicate absence and grade information of students participating in extracurricular activities as related to district policy. Organize and schedule all athletic contests and assist in scheduling all practice sessions. Arrange facilities scheduling, supplies, game officials, and transportation Collaborate on resolving personnel or participant concerns, ensuring alignment with school policies.
