Admissions Coordinator Part-Time | Immediate Opening Foundations Christian Academy ? Ham Lake, MN Position Overview Foundations Christian Academy is seeking a warm, organized, relational, and mission-minded Part-Time Admissions Coordinator to help grow and strengthen our school community. This role is focused on both proactive lead generation and guiding prospective families through the admissions process from initial interest through the student?s first day of school. The ideal candidate is passionate about Christian education, loves connecting with people, communicates clearly, and can help families feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout every stage of the enrollment journey. Primary Goal To help increase enrollment by supporting lead generation efforts, building relationships with prospective families, and effectively managing the admissions process from first contact through enrollment and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Proactively support lead generation and enrollment growth initiatives Build relationships within the community to help increase awareness of the school Work in partnership with school leadership to help develop and execute marketing, outreach, referral, and recruitment strategies Attend community events, school events, and networking opportunities to promote the school Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and website leads Guide prospective families through the admissions and enrollment process Coordinate school tours, shadow days, and family meetings Track and manage admissions leads using organizational systems and follow-up processes Assist with enrollment events, open houses, and community outreach efforts Help create and distribute admissions and marketing materials Collaborate with school leadership on enrollment strategy and retention efforts Maintain accurate student and family records Assist new families with onboarding and a smooth transition into the school community Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Friendly, welcoming, and relationship-focused personality Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Comfortable with technology, email communication, spreadsheets, and social media Alignment with the mission and values of Christian education Previous admissions, customer service, sales, administrative, marketing, or school experience is a plus Must agree to the school?s statement of faith and employment standards Must successfully complete a background check Desired Characteristics Strong Christian faith and character Self-motivated and proactive Ability to connect naturally with families and students Positive attitude with a servant-hearted approach Passion for helping families find the right educational environment for their children Position Details Part-time position with flexible scheduling (Approx 20 hour per week) Some evening or weekend events may be required Compensation based on experience To Apply: Visit https://www.learnatfoundations.org/jobs Download and sign our Statement of Faith Email your signed Statement and resume to admin@learnatfoundations.org
