Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver standards-based instruction aligned with Minnesota academic standards. Create engaging lesson plans that address diverse learning styles and student needs. Assess student learning and use data to inform instructional practices. Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to support all learners and ensure academic growth. Collaborate with staff, administrators, and the community to support student well-being. Preferred Qualifications Valid Minnesota Elementary Education Teaching License. Knowledge of best practices in elementary instruction and assessment. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational environments. Experience integrating technology into classroom instruction preferred.
