RASA Elementary School Teacher Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) Rochester, Minnesota Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) is seeking a passionate, student-centered Elementary School Teacher to join our growing school community for the upcoming school year. RASA is an independent IB PYP candidate school located in Rochester, Minnesota, serving students from Preschool through Middle School. Responsibilities Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with state standards and IB philosophy Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff Support students? academic, social, and emotional growth Communicate regularly and professionally with families Participate in school events, professional development, and collaborative planning Qualifications Minnesota teaching license or ability to obtain licensure Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for working with elementary-aged students Ability to collaborate and contribute positively to a team environment Experience with inquiry-based learning, IB, or project-based learning is preferred but not required Why RASA?
