JOB DESCRIPTION
Bethlehem Academy seeks a creative and dynamic Head of School to oversee the commitment to the mission, comprehensive administration, strategic planning, growth,
and successful operation of the institution, effective July 1, 2025.
The Head of School will be responsible for managing all aspects of the school and will collaborate with the BA Board of Directors and Dominican Veritas Ministries to develop and implement workable and effective policies. The leader will ensure that Bethlehem Academy remains compliant with Federal and Minnesota educational regulations, while also utilizing an entrepreneurial spirit and visionary leadership to make thoughtful decisions that align with the schools' mission in both the short and long term.
The Head of School will lead the organization with the support of an experienced Leadership Team including a Director of Academics and Student Life, Dean of Students, and Director of Enrollment & Outreach. The next leader will be responsible for enhancing and streamlining the organization within a fiscally responsible framework.
The leader will also need to design a comprehensive advancement plan that enables the school to fulfill its vision for the future of Bethlehem Academy. This includes building upon the existing endowment, exploring opportunities for campus expansion, recruiting and retaining outstanding staff, increasing enrollment, and ensuring that tuition remains affordable for most families.

It is required that this employee be an active, participating Roman Catholic.
